SEO Tips & Tricks: They Don’t Want You to Know About

Inbound Link

An inbound link is a link to your site or blog that is coming from another domain other than your own.

Google’s backward links are a subset of all your inbound links.

There is no real reason to exclude links from internal webpages other than:

  • There is a common misconception among Black Hat SEOs that discounts the value of cross or deep linking.
  • The value of all hyperlinks that point to a given webpage comes from their anchor text.  And, Google most certainly keeps tracks of all links from you internal webpages.
