Internet Marketing
Internet marketing (IT) is the marketing of products or services over the Internet. It is a global concept that covers hits to websites from all sources, which would include search engine referrals, referrals from all other types of websites, and hits from repeat customers.
Internet marketing encompasses a host of other terms, all of which include the word marketing. Marketing in of all these derivative terms is used as a buzzword to stand for an overwhelming preoccupation with converting hits to websites into sales, or the generation of revenue from all sources of Internet traffic.
