SEO Tips & Tricks: They Don’t Want You to Know About

Solving SEO Problems

by John H. Gohde on April 19, 2008

There are many different ways to look at problems. And, if anything is true. Nobody can agree on anything when it comes to web site design. And, what you are trying to accomplish with your web site.

To promote rational discussions of how to resolve a web site problem with Google. The best place to start is by classifying the current status of your site.

Exactly how long has it been in operation? Is it brand new, or does it have an operational history? How long is new? How long have you been operating your web site? What is your track record for ranking in the SERPs? Are you having problems on all your web pages? Or, just on one page? How long have you been experiencing the problem: hours, days, weeks, months?

Next, it would help alot to provide only correct information. Or, at least use terms as they are generally accepted to be defined. Just because your page has lost a few positions does not automatically mean that you entire site has been banned from Google. Learn to use your terms correctly.

Last but not least: Do not keep any important information secrete.

Objectively disclosing this information is the first step in problem resolution.
