Am I missing something? Is it not rather obvious, that users of an SEO plugin would not want their standing in the Google search engine destroyed under any circumstances?
Having been burnt one too many times by the All in One SEO pack plugin, this blogger has changed his theme with a simple fix. You are obsolete, All in One SEO plugin!

Not only did upgrading to version 1.6.1 of All in One SEO mess up my standing in Google, but the database change appeared to have converted all the title and description custom fields into what WordPress calls hidden fields.
